If you're participating in a YMCA National Meet, you'll be required to complete the YMCA attestation form — a document that confirms your eligibility and understanding of meet requirements. One of the fields in that form asks for your Swimcloud ID#.
This guide will walk you through how to find, copy, and paste your swimmer’s Swimcloud ID into the attestation form.

🔍 Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to www.swimcloud.com
2. Use the Search Bar
At the top of the homepage, type your swimmer’s name and select the correct profile from the dropdown list.
3. Confirm the Swimmer’s Identity
Review the swimmer profile to make sure you've selected the right athlete — check their team, age, or recent meet results to confirm.
Can’t find your swimmer?
Email support@swimcloud.com with their full name, team, and graduation year (if known). We’ll help you locate the correct profile.Seeing duplicate profiles?
Please email support@swimcloud.com with the swimmer's name and/or a screenshot of the duplicates. Our team can merge them for you.
4. Locate the Swimcloud ID
In your browser’s address bar, look at the end of the URL. You’ll see a 6-digit number — that’s the swimmer’s Swimcloud ID.
Example URL:
https://www.swimcloud.com/swimmer/632024/
In this case, the Swimcloud ID is632024.
5. Copy the Swimcloud ID
Highlight the 6-digit number and copy it to your clipboard.
6. Open the YMCA National Attestation Form
This form can be found on the YMCA National Meet Landing Page or will be provided by your coach or team representative.
7. Complete the Form
At the bottom of the form, paste the 6-digit number into the field labeled “Swimcloud ID#”. Be sure to fill out the rest of the required information accurately.
8. Submit the Form
Double-check all your responses, then submit the form as directed.
