Swimcloud supports the YMCA Tom Warrick Virtual Meet by compiling results from local host meets into one combined national meet result. To ensure your results are accepted, follow the instructions below carefully. Results that do not meet these requirements will be returned for correction.
Meet Setup
Use the YMCA's standard Meet Manager backup file provided for this meet.

After restoring the file, select File → Save As and rename with your team and location.
Example:

Update your facility information.
If your facility competes in SCM, make sure the SCM box in Meet Manager is checked.
You may swim events in any order, but do not change event numbers or age groups.
✅ Tip: Think of the event numbers and age groups in the provided file as “locked.” Even if your local meet would normally group events differently, keep them exactly as provided.
Data Requirements
Swimmer birth dates must be included. Swimmers without birth dates will not appear in rankings.
Team information must include the team address and the head coach's contact information.
✅ Tip: Run a quick audit in Meet Manager before exporting to confirm that every swimmer has a valid birth date entered.
Submitting Results
Export results from Hy-Tek Meet Manager using:
File → Export → Results for SwimManager or SWIMS or NCAA or USMSCreate a zipped results file.
Email the zipped file here.
⚠️ Do not use the “Export Results to Swimcloud” option in Meet Manager.
⚠️ Results exported from Team Manager will not be accepted.
✅ Tip: After creating your zipped export, open the folder to confirm that multiple files (events, teams, swimmers) are included — not just a single .cl2 file.
Before You Submit
Run an exception report to confirm each swimmer has no more than 4 events.
Double-check results for accuracy. No corrections are accepted after submission.
Erroneous or obviously incorrect times will be removed.
✅ Tip: Have another coach or admin quickly review your meet file before you export — a second set of eyes can catch issues you might miss.
Do Not Do This
Local meet results will be rejected and returned for correction if they include:
❌ Changing official event numbers or age groups (e.g., running a 9–10 event as 10 & Under).
❌ 8 & Under events. These are not part of the competition.
❌ Relay events.
❌ Anything other than Meet Manager result exports.
✅ Tip: You can still run 8 & Under or relay events locally if you’d like — just make sure to delete them before creating your export for Swimcloud.
Submitting results with multiple teams in one local meet is fine.

Submitting from Hy-Tek Team Manager instead of Hy-Tek Meet Manager
Including relays, 8 & Under events, or grouped events such as 11 and Over
