Swimcloud only displays win and loss records for dual meets—that is, meets involving exactly two teams. If some of your team's meets are missing from the Dual Meet Record section, it’s likely because the meet involved more than two teams.
Even if the additional teams weren't scored, Swimcloud registers the presence of those teams, and the meet no longer qualifies as a dual meet.
How to Fix This Issue:
To ensure the meet appears as a dual meet, you can mark the meet as a "Double Dual" in the Rules tab. This setting tells Swimcloud to treat the meet as multiple dual meets, scoring every possible combination of teams. The win/loss records from this will then show up in your team’s rankings.
Steps to Update a Previously Submitted Meet:
- Make sure you're the meet administrator for the event.
- Unlock the meet to allow changes.
- Go to the Rules page and scroll down to the scoring section.
- Check the box for Double Dual Scoring.
- Relock the meet once you’re finished.
This will recalculate the meet results, and the updated records will reflect on your team’s ranking page.
