How are times updated?
- Meet Director Uploads - When result files are received from meet administrators or coaches, times are automatically added to your profile. If results for your meet are missing, encourage your coach to send the appropriate Hytek .zip result file to results@swimcloud.com.

Manually Entering Times
When official results are unavailable, you can manually enter your times for meets where results have not been uploaded. These times will count toward your Recruiting Power Index; however, they will not appear on publicly viewable top times lists or receive Time Standard Tags.To manually add times:

Click on the “Meets” tab.

Click “+ Add meet.”

Create the meet by entering your team, when and where it took place, the meet type, participating teams, and the name of the meet.

Click “Save & open meet.”

Enter your times. Do not add converted times or relay splits. Note: Submitting fake times may result in profile suspension.

After clicking “Save,” the times will appear on your profile.

Why aren't my times being uploaded automatically?
- Swimcloud does not scrape results from third-party sources like USA Swimming or Meet Mobile. Results must be submitted to Swimcloud.

How can I remove old times from my profile?
Official meet results are permanent records and cannot be removed. However, having older times on your profile can demonstrate your progress over time. Remember, slower times do not negatively impact your Power Index or Recruit Ranking.
