Highlights on Swimcloud are automatically awarded when a swimmer meets specific criteria in eligible competitions. You cannot manually add a highlight — they are generated based on official meet results.

FAQ: Swimcloud Highlights
Why do you limit highlights to these meets?
We want highlights to represent true championship-level achievements. Since definitions of “championship” vary widely across states and organizations, we’ve set clear, consistent national standards. Partner organizations can still designate key local or regional meets for recognition.
Why does another swimmer have a highlight from a meet that my swimmer swam in?
In 2023, we updated our criteria. Some older highlights remain from before this change, so you may see a mix.
Can I manually add a highlight?
No. Highlights are generated automatically based on eligible meets and official results.
Do relay results count?
No. Only individual top-8 finishes qualify.
