Background / Purpose
If diving results are not showing up in your top times list it is likely because the diving events were not set up with the correct number of dives specified or the result file that was submitted did not contain the number of dives in it. Without the correct number of dives, we are unable to place those dives onto the correct list or make them available for meet entries.
Hy-Tek Meet Manager Setup
In Hy-Tek Meet Manager, you must specify the corresponding number of dives in your diving event in the meet file.
Access this dialog box from the Events tab of the main upper menu bar in Meet Manager.
Enter the correct number of dives as shown below in the red outlined area.
Types of Result Files
Meet Manager creates two different types of files for export from Meet Manager. The scores for diving events are included in the .cl2 file but the number of dives is only included in the .hy3 file. If only a CL2 file is uploaded or the user uses "Export results to Swimcloud" function in Meet Manager the number of dives will not be included.
Solution
If your meet has diving, please export a complete results file, and either email that to results@swimcloud.com or upload it directly to Swimcloud here: https://www.swimcloud.com/results/upload/
