Background / Purpose
If diving results are not appearing correctly in your meet results or top times list, it is likely because the diving events were not set up with the correct number of dives, or the submitted result file did not include the number of dives. Without this information, Swimcloud cannot correctly match the number of dives on the top times list or make them available for meet entries.
Hy-Tek Meet Manager Setup
In Hy-Tek Meet Manager, you must specify the correct number of dives for each diving event in your meet file.
Open your meet in Meet Manager.
Navigate to the Events tab in the main upper menu bar.
Locate the diving event you want to update and enter the correct number of dives in the appropriate field (see screenshot below).
Types of Result Files
Meet Manager creates two types of result files for export:
.cl2 file – Contains scores for diving events, but does not include the number of dives.
.hy3 file – Contains both scores and the number of dives.
‼️If you use the “Export results to Swimcloud” option in the Hy-Tek Meet Manager export menu, it only generates a .cl2 result file, which does not include the number of dives. We strongly recommend exporting the complete zipped .zip result file and either uploading it directly to your meet on Swimcloud or uploading it to us.
Solution
If your meet includes diving events, export a complete zipped .zip result file from Meet Manager. Then either:
Upload it directly to Swimcloud here, or
Contact support to submit your results via email: Contact Support.
This ensures all diving results are included and properly processed for top times and meet entries.
