Your Swimcloud profile is used for meet communications, entry confirmations, team management, and public coach information. Keeping it up to date helps ensure you receive important notifications throughout the season.
Update Your Account Settings
Account Settings controls the information associated with your Swimcloud login.
To access Account Settings:
- Log in to Swimcloud.
- Click your avatar in the upper-right corner.
- Select Account Settings.
From this page you can:
- Change your email address
- Change your password
- Update team gender designation preferences

Why Your Email Address Matters
The email address associated with your Swimcloud account is used for:
- Meet entry confirmation emails
- Entry deadline reminders
- Meet Administrator communications
If your email address is outdated or no longer monitored, you may miss important communications.
Important: If a Meet Administrator tells you that an email was sent through Swimcloud but you did not receive it, contact support@swimcloud.com with:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The Meet Administrator's name
Our support team can verify whether your email address has been unsubscribed and restore communications if necessary.
Update Your Coach Profile
Your public coach profile is managed separately from Account Settings.
To edit your profile:
- Navigate to your team's page.
- Click the Coaches tab.
- Locate your profile and click the Edit (pencil) icon.
From here you can:
- Update your coaching title
- Upload or change your profile photo
- Edit your coach biography
- Add or update your phone number
Click Update Coach to save your changes.
Coaching Multiple Teams
You only need one Swimcloud account, even if you coach multiple teams.
To add a team to your account, contact support@swimcloud.com with the team names or links to the team pages. Once connected, you can switch between teams and manage each team independently.
