If you coach more than one team, you can easily switch between them right from your Swimcloud coach account. Once you’ve been added to multiple teams, there’s no need to sign out or create separate logins—just use the team switcher in the top-right corner to move between dashboards.
🔄 Switching Between Teams
To switch teams:
Click your avatar (profile picture) in the top-right corner of Swimcloud.
From the dropdown menu, select the team you want to manage.
Swimcloud will reload to show that team’s dashboard, roster, meets, and schedule.
💡 Tip:
If you don’t see another team listed, make sure a coach from that team has added you as staff. You can’t access a team until you’ve been invited and accepted as a coach.
🧩 Need to Add Another Team?
If you’re not yet connected to all your teams, ask an existing coach from that team to add you as staff under Coaching Staff. Once added, that team will appear in your dropdown list automatically.
