To ensure the security of your team's account and swimmer's privacy, coach registration is a three-step process. You can expedite the process by registering with the same email address that is associated with your team or school's website. Swimcloud staff will verify and approve all coach access. Swimcloud will use this email address to do so. If your email address and connection to your team cannot be verified by our staff, you will receive an email from us asking you to provide us with additional verification.

Step Two - Verify Your Email & Request Access
After registering for an account you will receive an email asking you to verify your account. Click on the link within 48 hours of receipt. You will then be asked to apply for access to a specific team.
Step Three - Approval
After completing your application, Swimcloud or a member of your staff will review your request, verify your employment and either approve your request or ask for additional evidence. Please note that this process can take up to 48 hours for Swimcloud staff to complete our due diligence. Your request may be delayed if you do not use a team/school-issued account or if we cannot find confirmation of your employment on your team's or school's website.
If we cannot find your association with your team via a team or school's website, your account will be placed on hold. When Swimcloud staff does this, you will receive another email asking for some additional documentation to prove your association with your team. Your account will not be approved until Swimcloud receives this supplemental information.
