Swimcloud shows a progression graph to visualize how a swimmer’s performance improves over time. If you don’t see a graph yet, there are two common reasons:
1. Not Enough Swims in the Event
You need to have at least four times listed for a specific event for a progress graph to show on your profile.
If you don’t have enough times all you need to do is add them. Here's how: How do I enter/update my times?
For example, if you have:
4+ swims in the 100 Freestyle → the graph will appear
Only 1–3 swims in an event → the graph will not show yet
Once your fourth swim is recorded, the graph will appear automatically.
2. Graphs Update at the End of the Season
Swimcloud updates progress graphs only after the season is complete. This prevents graphs from showing slower early-season times before swimmers reach peak performance at championship meets.
Update schedule
The progress graph releases each year's data points on September 1st.
Summary
If you don’t see a progress graph yet:
You may need at least 4 swims in the event, or
The yearly update hasn’t happened yet
Once both conditions are met, the graph will appear automatically on your profile.
