When result files are received from a meet, swimmer and team profiles are automatically updated. If your times are missing, it is most likely because we have not received the results. This guide will help you understand what to do if your times are missing and how to manually update them when necessary. The first step is to check the status of the meet. In order to do this, visit the meet page.
- If the meet says “Not Submitted”, it means we have not received the meet result file. You can learn more about how to submit results here. If we are unable to receive the results you will need to manually update your times.
- If the meet is “Completed” but your times are still missing, there may be a name mismatch. Check if your name appears differently. If a duplicate profile exists, please send us the links to both your profile and the duplicate, and we will merge them.
- If you cannot find the meet on Swimcloud then we have not receive the results for it.

Do not enter converted times – Our system will convert them automatically.
-
Do not enter relay splits.
-
Do not add fake times – Doing so will result in your profile being suspended, and coaches will be notified.
-
Editing mistakes – If you make an error, remove the incorrect time and re-enter it. You can also delete and re-create the meet if needed (e.g., wrong date or course type: SCY, SCM, LCM).
Limitations of Manually Entered Times:
- will count toward your Recruiting Power Index
- will not show up on publicly viewable top-times lists
- will not be considered, or marked, with a Time-Standard Tag
