Coaches and athletes can add existing meets to their Swimcloud schedule. When athletes add a meet, it appears on their profile, and Swimcloud will automatically tag their results with any qualifying times. When coaches add a meet to their team’s schedule, Swimcloud will highlight and tag athletes on the roster who have qualifying times.
Follow the steps below to add a meet to your athlete profile or team schedule:
For Athletes
- Go to your Profile
- Click on the Meets tab.
- Add a Meet
- On the left side of the page, click the blue + Add Meet button.
- Select Your Team
- Use the dropdown menu to choose the team you’re representing at the meet.
- Click Next in the bottom-right corner.
- Search for the Meet
- Enter details (meet name, date, location, etc.) to find the correct meet.
- Click Choose next to the meet you want to ad
✅ The meet has now been added to your profile, and any qualifying times will be tagged.
For Coaches
- Search for the Meet
- Find the meet your team plans to attend.
- Confirm Your Team's Attendance
- Click the Add button to add it to your team’s schedule.
- Your Swimmers
- Any swimmer on your roster with a qualifying time for this meet will now be tagged
