Once you've completed your Swimcloud swimmer profile registration, you can manage all aspects of your Swimcloud presence. To begin setting up or editing your profile, click on the "Manage" button found on your main profile page as shown below.
Update/Edit your "About You" section
In this section, you can enter all of your pertinent information. Swimcloud uses the data in these fields to match subsequent meet results to your profile.
Your First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name, and date of birth must match what your coach is using for meet entries. Otherwise, a duplicate profile can be created when meet results get processed.
If your coach is using Swimcloud for roster management and meet entries this data will be used and the meet results will sync to your profile.
However, if your coach is not using Swimcloud for your team's meet entries, please make sure that the data fields in this section match what your coach is using. Or, ask your coach to update their roster and meet entry system to match these data.
Update/Edit your address
The initial city, state, and country on a swimmer's profile are generated from the swimmer's team location from the first meet result file Swimcloud processes. Swimmers can manage their profiles, including address edits, by clicking "Manage," navigating to the "Profile" tab, entering the desired address, and clicking on the "Save" button.

Update/Edit your email address
There are two ways to access your Account details to change your email address
- Click on the Manage button in your profile view
- Click on the Account tab
- Enter a new or updated email address
- Click the Change email button
Access the Account details page via your Avatar
- Click on your avatar in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
- Click on Settings
- Click on the Account tab
- Enter a new or updated email address
- Click the Change email button
Name Changes
If your need to change your name (if, for instance your parents registered an account):
- From your profile, click the blue "Manage" button
- Under the field for your first name click on the blue "Request name change" link.
- This will create an email for you to send to our help desk. Please be sure to include: The current name on the profile, The new name you want displayed on the profile
