If Swimcloud Meet Manager will not connect to your timing system, the most common cause is a low-quality or unstable USB-to-RS-232 adapter. Many inexpensive USB-to-RS-232 adapters use unstable or counterfeit chipsets and routinely fail.
We recommend using the Oikwan USB-C to Serial DB9 or the Okiwan USB to Serial DB9 cables.
