Congratulations! You've decided to take the next step towards 21st-century meet management. We encourage you to set up an individual training session to ensure success. Swimcloud wants to ensure your success, and these training sessions are one of the best ways to achieve that goal. Please allow 30 minutes for this training session.

If you have scheduled an individual training session, complete the following items. If not, your training session will need to be rescheduled.
At Least 7 Days in Advance

Schedule your onboarding with a member of the Swimcloud Team. Once confirmed,
you will receive a calendar invite along with a Zoom link.

- Onboarding must be scheduled at least seven days before your first meet.
- Your onboarding session will require the use of your timing system and should be scheduled when it is available.
- Your onboarding should involve you and anyone who will be running your meets.
24 Hours In Advance
- Download and install Zoom Workplace onto your Meet Manager computer.
- Download & Install Swimcloud Meet Manager
- Build a meet on Swimcloud with the following settings
- Teams: Invite one team in addition to yours
- Date: Set to the day of your training
- Entry Limits: No Restrictions
- Seeding: Four Lanes
- Seed Preferences: Lane Based
- Your Team - Odd Lanes
- Opposing Team - Even Lanes
- Scoring: Your choice (to see how scoring works)
- Events: Set up the following events
- 50 Free, Any Gender, Timed Finals
- 50 Back, Any Gender, Timed Finals
- 50 Breast, Any Gender, Timed Finals
- 50 Fly, Any Gender, Timed Finals
- Email your trainer with a link to the meet so that they can do entries for the opposing team
Do entries for your team, entering 3-4 swimmers in each event.
Day of Scheduled Training

- Set up Your Timing System. Please follow these timer specific guidelines:
- Plug a backup button into Lanes 1-4 - We recommend using a deck cable instead of in-deck wiring, so you don’t have to run back and forth.
- Connect your timing system to your timing computer via the USB to Serial cable
- Connect your timing system to the scoreboard
- Test your internet connection
- Prepare yourself for the easiest meet manager you’ve ever seen
