Congratulations - you're hosting a swim meet! Here is a checklist to make your job easier by using Swimcloud to accept meet entries for your meet.
- The meet is set up completely and properly when:
- Meet fees (if any) are entered on the Fees tab
- If you have the Team Manager PRO account, make sure that your Stripe account integration is complete so that teams can easily pay their entry fees.
- After the entry deadline
- Seed the meet (if running on Swimcloud Meet)
- Export entry files (if not running on Swimcloud Meet)
- Create meet reports
- Communicate with attending coaches
