Authenticated team coaches can add or remove coaches from their team's roster on Swimcloud. It is a good idea to keep your coaching roster accurate for meet entries and also as a way for clear communications from meet administrators, regional administrators, and others.
Assumptions
You are a registered coach for your team and are logged into Swimcloud.
Manage > Coach
From your team's main page, click on the Manage () button
Coaches Card, or Coaches Tab
On the Home tab's Coaches Card, click the "view all" link.
Or, you may select the Coaches tab to bring you to the same place.
Add Staff
To add a coach, simply click on the "+ Staff" button and provide all the necessary details. Make sure to include a valid email address for the coach. Once done, click on "Add" located at the lower right corner of the screen. Swimcloud will then send an email with a registration link to the coach, which they need to click on to complete their registration.
Remove Staff
To remove someone from your team's page, click on the little trash can icon beside their name.
Edit Coach Information
If you only wish to edit a coach's information, click on the little clipboard icon underneath the coach's name.
