Swimcloud reads the altitude setting from Hy-Tek meet result files and adjusts the results accordingly. Swimcloud will display two times for swimmer's results from a meet at altitude. The altitude-adjusted time will have an "A" tag next to it.
Different organizations use slightly different conversion factors to adjust for altitude. For the 1,500 we use the NCAA altitude adjustment of 20 seconds for elevations between 4,251 and 6,500 feet.
If Swimcloud isn't showing an altitude adjustment, Meet Administrators or Region Administrators can fix that by unlocking the meet, entering the correct altitude on the About tab, then re-locking the meet.
