Create A Coach Account
- Visit www.swimcloud.com/register and select "Coach Account."
- Or, click the "Register" button in the upper right-hand corner of SwimCloud and you will be taken to this page.
- Complete all of the information requested and we will review your application for approval.

Approval Process
Creating a Swimcloud coach account is a multi-step process. This is designed to ensure the security of your team's account and swimmer's privacy. Swimcloud takes data integrity seriously and has an internal review process for account approval. Click on the Get Started button ( Please note: Be sure to use your email address that is associated with your school or team's website. Swimcloud will be using this email address to confirm your association with your team. |
- Confirm - Click on the link in the e-mail (Figure 1). This link will be active for 48 hours.
- Request Access - Once you have confirmed your e-mail you will indicate the team you are requesting access to. (Figure 2). Complete the request and click "Verify"
- Receive Confirmation - Once you have completed your application your account will be manually approved by either a member of our staff or a previously-registered member of your coaching staff.

Important Considerations
Please note that this process can take up to 48 hours for Swimcloud staff to complete our due diligence. Your request may be delayed if you do not use a team/school-issued account or if we cannot find confirmation of your employment on your team's or school's website.
If we cannot find your association with your team via a team or school's website, your account will be placed on hold. When Swimcloud staff does this, you will receive another email asking for some additional documentation to prove your association with your team. Your account will not be approved until Swimcloud receives this supplemental information.
