Once a meet has events created, Administrators can add Qualifying Standards to it. Click on the Manage button to go to the meet administration page.
Once at the Meet Admin page, click on Qualifying Standards. Here is where you will set the parameters for a meet.
Step One: Qualifying Rules
The first step is to create Qualifying Rules that determine who is eligible.. These include:
- Start Date - The earliest day a swimmer can qualify for this meet.
- End Date - The last day a swimmer can qualify for a meet.
- Organizations - What types of teams are eligible for this meet. These can include any and all of the following: College, High School, Club
- Regions - This limits the regions that are eligible for this meet (examples would include Division I, Central Section, Allegheny Mountain LSC, etc). Type ahead to find the region or regions that are eligible to compete in this meet.
Next, you can move onto adding time standards for the meet.
Step Two: Adding Time Standards
|Once you have created the meet rules you can begin adding time standards. First, click on the "Add Time Label" button. This will allow you to create a label for the time standard. This is limited to four characters so use something simple. If your meet has A or B time standards, simply use A or B.|
After you have created a label simply type in the minimum time standards needed to qualify for the meet.
