Completing Your Swimcloud Pro Subscription for 3C2A Teams

In the Spring of 2024, Swimcloud quoted 3C2A a price of $200 per team for the season. We’ve lowered that price to $150 per season! Below are the next steps that 3C2A coaches need to take to get your team ready for the upcoming season.

1. Update Coaching Staff

To ensure smooth communication throughout the season, especially for the State Meet Entry Process, all your coaches must have a Swimcloud profile.

  • Good news: Swimcloud has used a 3C2A-supplied coaches list to ensure that at least one coach from every team already has a profile.
  • Add or remove coaches from your staff. Follow the instructions in this help article on managing coaching staff.

2. Purchase Swimcloud Pro

Each 3C2A team is required to upgrade to Swimcloud Pro, which is now available at a reduced cost of $150 per season. By upgrading, you will unlock powerful tools to enhance your team’s performance and management, including:

  • Meet Management
  • Team Performance Analysis
  • Video Storage & Race Analysis Tools
  • Advanced Reports
  • Access to all Swimcloud PRO Features

Ways to Upgrade:

You can upgrade your team’s subscription in one of two ways:

  1. Online Upgrade

    • This is the easiest option. It requires a credit card or purchase card for an online transaction.
    • Steps:
      1. Log into your Swimcloud account.
      2. Click the Upgrade button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
      3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.

  2. Invoice Request

    • If your school requires payment via purchase order or check, you can request an invoice.
    • To request an invoice:
      • Email scott@swimcloud.com with your school’s name, a brief request for a 3C2A invoice, and the name, email address, and contact details for your purchasing representative.
      • An invoice will be created and sent to your team. Once payment is processed, Swimcloud Pro will be activated for your team.
