The WIAA encourages the inclusion of all potential swimmers in your meet roster. For a swimmer to be part of your meet roster export from Hy-Tek, they must be entered in an individual event or listed as a relay participant (Member #1-4 or Alternate #5-8).
When submitting your Sectional entry, there is no need to provide relay names; these must be submitted within a specified timeline. However, if you have a swimmer not participating in individual events but you want them available for possible use in a relay, please add them as a relay member (#1-4) or relay alternate (#5-8) in your entry. This ensures their inclusion in the Hy-Tek Meet Database, facilitating seamless relay entry by meet administrators.
