Teams with a Pro Account can manage team records with Swimcloud. To do so, When you activate this feature, Swimcloud will automatically update records when a meet result file gets submitted.
Not only will we automatically identify and post every new record, but we will also keep track of your record's history. On the right side of the record table is a History button (). This record history is public and is available to anyone who visits your team's Swimcloud profile.

Activate Records
- After upgrading your account, click on Manage > Records.
- Then click on the Update ()button
- Swimcloud will search through the meet result files that are in our database and will identify all of the records.
Manually Update Records
Swimcloud gives you the ability to enter older, established team records that are from meet for which you or Swimcloud may not have the result file.
Scroll to the bottom of the Manage > Records tab and find the Add Records section.
Select the event from the drop-down, enter the time (mm:ss:hh format), and enter the date, the swimmer's name, and a meet name.
Be sure to hit Save () when done! Or, click Add More if you have a lot of them to enter.
Embed team records on other websites
Teams can embed Swimcloud data, like your team's top times and records, into other websites. This feature puts live, automatically updated, Swimcloud data into other websites.
