How do I change the name on my profile?

Help!  My parent entered their name instead of mine, how do I change it?

From your profile home page, click the blue "Manage" button on the right hand side. 

Under the field for "First Name," click on the blue "Request name change" link.  This will create an email for you to send to our help desk.   Please be sure to include:

• The current name on the profile
• The new name you want displayed on the profile
