The most-likely reason for this is because your teammate manually updated their times onto their profile. To check, click on the meet name (listed next to your teammate’s times on their profile). This will tell you whether the meet is "Not Submitted" or "Completed".
- If the status is “Not Submitted”, this means that your teammate manually entered their times onto their profile. You can do the same. Better still, ask your coach to upload the results and we will automatically update your profile. This benefits you and all of the swimmers who competed at that meet.
- If the status is “Completed”, this means that we uploaded the official results file. In this case, it is most likely we were not able to match your name in the meet result with your profile. Look at the meet results to see if your name is listed. If so, we've created a duplicate profile for you. If this is the case, please send us the links to this profile and your profile.
