Upload Directly with Meet Manager 7.0The easiest way for you to upload results to SwimCloud is to simply use Active's HyTek Meet Manager. With Meet Manager you can select "Export to SwimCloud" and your results will be uploaded directly and your times, rankings and swimmer profiles will be uploaded within minutes. |

If you don't have Meet Manager or are using another program such as Team Unify's TouchPad, Splash's Meet Manager or Lenex Meet Manager, you can e-mail the result files to us. SwimCloud can accommodate just about any type of meet management system. Exclusions to this include:

In order for your official results to be added automatically to your profile, we need to upload the official Hy-tek .zip results file into our system. Your coach or the meet administrator should have this file available after the completion of a meet. Please ask them to email the file to results@swimcloud.com
If you have access to Meet Manager, follow these steps to create the appropriate result file:

For Other Users:
- E-mail the appropriate results file to results@swimcloud.com
Once received SwimCloud will begin processing your results immediately. If your results do not appear within fifteen minutes a staff member will investigate and process the results within the day.

How do I fix an erroneous time? We have a pad short that has led to a ridiculous lead off split in 100 free that has a swimmer ranked outrageously high, giving my team a false rating.
Do you ever reply to emails on results@swimcloud.com?
